At ADM Value, we are looking for Spanish-speaking customer service advisors for a pet insurance activity.
You will work with emotionally involved clients: your mission will be to listen, reassure, and provide clear and reliable solutions.
Your responsibilities
- Manage customer requests by phone with professional and empathetic communication
- Listen actively, analyze the need, and provide a clear answer
- Explain information in a simple way (without technical jargon)
- Guide the customer step-by-step through their requests
- Ensure follow-up of requests until resolution
- Contribute to a smooth and high-quality customer experience
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 19:00
Weekends off
Salary
Salary package: 7,300 MAD net (fixed + bonuses)
Required profile :
- Perfect command of Spanish (spoken): clarity, fluency, and good communication
- Customer-focused: empathy, patience, and service mindset
- Interest in the animal world (having or having had pets is a plus)
- Organization and rigor in managing requests
- Ability to manage emotionally charged situations while maintaining professionalism
